Exploring commercial and community spaces

Sketch of the potential uses on a site in Ashford. Due to flooding constraints, the location of homes is restricted to the west of the site. The design explores potential meanwhile, commercial and community usage on the majority of the site and how these can be best integrated together with a new public open space which connects and opens out onto the East Stour River.
