Urban Design Strategies and Design Codes
We excel in supporting local authorities through their plan-making processes by leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver authority-led design codes, urban design spatial strategies and development frameworks. The output of our work enables local authorities to embed design quality into local policy and guidance, and we also provide design training and capacity building for officers and members.
Masterplanning
We deliver innovative planning-led projects ranging from large suburban extensions and garden village proposals to estate renewal and urban intensification schemes. We deliver these projects through feasibility studies, land bids, and masterplanning with design codes which typically culminate in successful outline or hybrid planning applications.
