BPTW designed the pre-planning stages of Valegro for Purelake Investments to offer a contemporary development responding to the scale and setting of its surroundings at the junction of Norman Road and Greenwich High Road.
The chamfered corner design is inspired by the prominent features of historic buildings in Greenwich. The tall archways at Valegro’s entrances and the colour and detailing of the brick respect the quality of the beautiful arched windows and brickwork of the Listed Wall and Pumping Station next door to the development.
