Cambridge House is a 26-storey residential building located on Wellesley Road, amidst a number of emerging tall buildings in the immediate vicinity of the site including Westfield Croydon. The proposal provides 92 new homes in a variety of one, two and three-bedroom flats, with 10% of these capable of adaption for wheelchair users.

A majority of the homes are dual or triple-aspect, providing residents with high levels of natural light and views across London, and every flat includes a winter garden. These allow residents to open up or fully enclose their private amenity space as they wish, while acting as an added buffer between the living spaces and the busy road below. Cycle storage is provided on the first floor, so as to maximise the ability for an active street frontage at ground level.
