Olivia specialises in the early RIBA stages of large-scale residential and mixed-use projects, as well as custom build, taking designs through from concept to planning submission.
She has been working on the Rochester Riverside scheme from the early concept stages and has seen the project through to development.
Working closely with the urban design team, she takes a holistic view of the design in the wider context. She is a member of the BPTW spatial planning working group which helps to inform her design decisions, with a strong consideration of how the end user will inhabit the spaces.
As an apprentice mentor, she supports apprentices in her team through their training and career progression.
She loves spending time in nature, from exploring America’s national parks to sailing around Britain, as she trains for a day skipper qualification.
