Managing a large team with many projects, she ensures to keep a one team approach, making sure everyone feels valued and supported to grow in their careers.
She values the importance of knowledge sharing and is a member of BPTW’s Building Safety Act and construction principles working groups.
Highly organised and technically driven, she loves the construction side of architecture, getting stuck in on site to consider how designs come to life.
