Caroline specialises in creative design solutions at the pre-planning stage. She manages large-scale masterplans and landmark award-winning developments and has been a driving force for expanding BPTW’s presence in Kent, working on projects from Rochester Riverside to Kings Hill.
With a passion for placemaking, Caroline champions design across the practice, influencing through design review. In 2023, she became a member of the Design South East (DSE) Expert Design Review Panel, where she brings her extensive experience in leading residential-led design projects across the South East.
She is an advocate for positive well-being and takes a nurturing approach to leadership, giving her team opportunities to grow and learn.
