We are delighted to see Rochester Riverside secure another win, this time in the WhatHouse? Awards for Best Partnership Scheme. We want to offer our biggest congratulations to Countryside and The Hyde Group; we have enjoyed working alongside you to design and develop this flagship regeneration scheme and create a new community on the banks of the River Medway. Once complete, the scheme will deliver 656 new homes as part of a 1400 masterplan along with significant commercial space. The homes reference the Medway’s maritime heritage, and are connected by a network of green spaces, walkways and tree-lined streetscapes.
