We were thrilled to see our clients Countryside, Hyde and Homes England being crowned as the winners of the Partnership (Public Private) category at the 25th London Government Chronicle Awards for our Rochester Riverside scheme.
Now in Phase 3 of construction, Rochester Riverside is a 1,400-home masterplan situated in Medway, Kent, designed to create a vibrant urban quarter in the city. Our architecture team designed 656 homes as part of the development, alongside significant commercial space including a hotel, and our planning consultancy team prepared and managed the submission of a hybrid planning application for the scheme. Rochester Riverside has already won the ‘Winner of Winners’ award and the ‘Building for a Healthy Life’ award at the Housing Design Awards 2020.
