BPTW Planning is delighted hear that our Rochester Riverside scheme has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Housing Scheme (500 Homes or More)’ category at The Planning Awards 2021.
Medway Council’s flagship regeneration project for our clients Countryside and Hyde is transforming historic Rochester’s riverside to provide 1,400 new homes. This new urban quarter is supported by a new primary school, hotel and shops close to Rochester’s high speed rail link station. With a focus on high-quality planning and design throughout, the project has already won the ‘Winner of Winners’ Award and the ‘Building for a Healthy Life’ Award at the Housing Design Awards 2020. We look forward to The Planning Awards winner being announced this June.
