BPTW’s recent photographs of Liberty Quarter in Kings Hill, Kent, offer a first look at this rural scheme in construction.
The development for Bellway will deliver 52 beautiful homes for private sale and is part of the wider Kings Hill masterplan extending Tonbridge and Malling. The design uses a landscape-led approach to complement the adjacent mature woodland, including a richly planted green amenity space at the heart of the scheme. The masterplan’s street arrangement maximises views over the adjacent natural areas while maintaining a landscaped buffer for flora and fauna. BPTW’s use of red and buff brick, natural clay tiles, and black weatherboarding is prominent in the photographs and creates an aesthetic in keeping with the traditional Kent vernacular.
We look forward to seeing more homes being completed on the scheme in the coming months.
