We are delighted to have received unanimous approval from LB Lewisham on our Reserved Matters application for phases 5 and 6 of the Heathside and Lethbridge Estate regeneration with Peabody.
These phases will see the delivery of 443 of the total 1225 homes on the development, 52% of which are affordable. Phases 5 and 6 are the final phases to be delivered on the project following BPTW’s initial involvement in the masterplan in 2010. A momentous milestone achieved through extensive collaboration with a talented and highly motivated design team and a valued client who shares our passion for quality. We are looking forward to commencing the technical and construction stages with Ardmore in the next few weeks.
