We are thrilled to have been appointed as the architect and planning consultant on the redevelopment of Hartopp and Lannoy Point within the Aintree Estate in Fulham for Hammersmith & Fulham Council. The scheme will seek to replace the affordable homes and consider options for the site, including new high quality open spaces for the existing community.
This is the second scheme for the Council on which BPTW has acted as lead architect and planner this year (pictured above), following our work on Flora and Avonmore which will provide a number of homes alongside two school sites. We look forward to continuing our work with the Council and assisting in delivering their affordable housing programme.
