BPTW have successfully received approval for a residential project in Basildon, Essex which will provide 35 homes in a mixture of flats and houses. Working closely with Sempra Homes, in conjunction with Basildon Council, the scheme Broadmayne and Fairlop Garages provides a mix of private and affordable tenures on existing, underutilised council-owned land and garages.
The new homes will be located on a prominent corner junction of two main roads and adjacent to a local park. The new development will knit into the local context with much needed family homes while retaining pedestrian and cycle connections into surrounding open spaces. A three-storey flat block will be strategically placed to address the main roads, and carefully considered landscaping will create a scheme cohesive with its context.
Broadmayne is one of three projects currently submitted for planning for Sempra Homes which will deliver a total of around 160 homes across three sites in Basildon.
