We are pleased to be able to share new images of Prospect Ring, our completed scheme of 50 affordable homes in Barnet for Opendoor Homes, built by Hill Group UK, on which we worked as both architect and planning consultant.
Working closely with the client at feasibility stage, we expanded the site boundary, enabling us to maximise the density of the scheme and deliver 5 times more homes than initially anticipated through a 13-storey tower. The design is tailored to address the unique character of the site and also introduces landscaping improvements as well as new play facilities, offering wider benefits to surrounding residents. The scheme is part of a package of 198 100% affordable homes our team worked on for Opendoor Homes in Barnet.
