We are thrilled to announce our appointment to design Oxford’s latest residential neighbourhood at Redbridge Paddock for OX Place and The Hill Group. Located in the south of Oxford, close to the River Thames, Redbridge Paddock will provide sustainable, attractive mixed-tenure homes in a neighbourhood that celebrates its remarkable natural surroundings. Our winning bid for the 4.9-hectare site demonstrated a sustainable, community-focused vision underpinned by our commitment to designing exemplary homes inspired by Oxford’s distinct character.
The project represents another milestone in BPTW’s burgeoning design projects across southeast and central England. We are pleased to have commenced our work on the scheme and look forward to collaborating with OX Place and The Hill Group on this exciting and significant project.
