We are pleased to share that Creek Road, our scheme for Peabody, has been shortlisted in the ‘mixed use’ category in this year’s NLA Awards. Recognised by the NLA as a scheme which successfully delivers buildings with a complementary mix of uses, designed holistically to meet the needs of a number of different activities and users, Creek Road provides 83 mixed tenure contemporary homes along with 900sqm of retail space as well as a gym. Arranged in response to the existing site context and urban character, the scheme reinstates the traditional street frontage, underlining the significance of this route into the historic town centre of Maritime Greenwich. The development presents itself in four main sections that feature both high quality townhouses and apartments tailored to the site to incorporate the historically significant local Comedy Club ‘Up the Creek’.
