We are delighted to announce that Cambridge City Council planning committee have provided a unanimous resolution to approve our scheme, Land at Newbury Farm in Cambridgeshire for This Land™. BPTW are providing both architectural and planning consultancy services for the 230 home development which will also provide up to 400m2 of non-residential floorspace, new landscaping, car and cycle parking and other associated works.
The scheme marks BPTW’s continuing presence in Cambridgeshire where we have recently secured a number of planning approvals across a variety of sites.
