We are delighted to see that construction has commenced at Store Road in Newham with contractor Henry Construction.
Once completed Store Road will provide 163 high-quality homes, all of which benefit from striking waterfront views and access to generous community spaces. The scheme is located in an area of North Woolwich which has been earmarked for thousands of new homes and jobs, in line with Newham Borough Council’s ‘Visions for the Royal Docks’ and ‘Arc of Opportunity’. As a result, the scheme will act as a catalyst for further development in the area whilst offering a range of homes, at least 30% of which will be family housing.
A sketch showing how the scheme could act as a catalyst for wider regeneration to come forward in the future. A second scheme in the area, Woolwich Reach, was completed in early 2022.
