This December, BPTW has made significant charitable contributions as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting those in need, particularly during the festive season. Our charitable activities included, a donation to the 999 Club in Deptford, 141 kilograms of food and drink to Greenwich Foodbank, and over £300 raised through a Secret Santa challenge benefiting 22 different charities. Additionally, BPTW employees participated in Christmas Jumper Day to support Save the Children International.

We continued our long-standing support for the 999 Club in Deptford with a donation amounting to £2000, helping ensure their homeless members have everything they need to survive the cold weather. The 999 Club not only provides shelter but also offers holistic services such as showers, laundry, hot meals, and crucial advice on immigration and housing, empowering their members to leave homelessness behind.

BPTW also celebrated Christmas Jumper Day for Save the Children International. Employees donned their festive (and largely recycled) Christmas jumpers, contributing to a cause that helps give children a brighter future.

Earlier this week, BPTW employees came together to donate 141 kilograms of food and drink to Greenwich Foodbank, a vital charity that provides emergency food supplies to individuals and families in crisis. Furthermore, a BPTW team participated in a Secret Santa challenge, raising over £300. This amount was distributed across 22 charities supporting various causes, including mental health, homelessness, cancer research, and children’s welfare.

We are proud of our workforce’s recent charitable activities and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the community.
