We are delighted to have won a Homes England bid with Bellway Homes for 247 new homes in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
Situated in a picturesque countryside setting, the site is surrounded by a beautiful landscape of woodlands, hedgerows and grasslands, features that have been retained within the design to make this an ideal place for new homes. The proposed designs include 11 unique house types and a 2-4 storey apartment block set around an existing public square, school site and central waterside landscape, using a palette of locally-inspired materials.
Our contemporary, landscape-driven design also incorporates Building for a Healthy Life principles with pedestrian and cycle connections, as well as natural play spaces, being key design features, helping to create a connection between the site and the surrounding area.
Burgess Hill is one of several recent successful Homes England bids we have worked on which have been commended for the quality of designs, and we look forward to continuing supporting our developer clients on further Homes England sites.
