BPTW has recently been shortlisted for three awards recognising the career development and support provided to our employees, as well as our innovative approach to delivering high-quality projects to clients and contributing to the local community.
We have been shortlisted for the Best Architect Employer of the Year Award at Building Design’s Architect of the Year Awards 2024. Additionally, we have been shortlisted for the Architectural Practice of the Year Award and Building’s Good Employer of the Year Award at the Building Awards 2024.
Being shortlisted for these awards is a testament to our dedication to the development of each member of our 120 strong team. BPTW’s commitment to professional development, equality, work-life balance, and wellbeing makes us a leading employer in the architectural industry. Moreover, we are continuing to invest and develop our work in the local community and beyond to open up careers in architecture to a wider range of people, as well as playing a leading role in research, innovation and sustainability in our sector.
