As one of the four selected suppliers on the framework, BPTW will design affordable homes over the next four years for Town and Country Housing and their subsidiary company Monson Homes Ltd.
The framework also opens opportunities for BPTW to offer our expertise to other Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities, and Arm’s Length Management Organisations for additional architecture projects. South East Consortium facilitated the tendering process for the framework appointment.
Town and Country Housing is a Tunbridge Wells-based housing association that forms part of the Peabody Group. It is responsible for managing more than 13,000 affordable properties spread across local authorities in Kent, Sussex and Surrey, areas that BPTW have delivered our design expertise in over many years.
We look forward to working with Town and Country Housing to provide high-quality affordable housing in the South East.
