We are delighted to share images of our recently completed housing scheme, Pier Road, in Gillingham.
The project team leads Chris Bath and Caroline Dommett recently attended the opening ceremony of Pier Road to celebrate this amazing transformation of an underutilised area into 20 high-quality, shared ownership homes.
Designed for Esquire Developments in collaboration with mhs homes, the two- and three-storey homes bring diversity to the streetscape while providing stunning views over the river Medway. The design draws architectural inspiration from the Gillingham Green conservation area and adjacent listed buildings to seamlessly weave the homes in with the style of the historic neighbourhood.
We look forward to residents settling into their new homes over the coming months.
