We are looking for a qualified Architectural Technologist who is keen to progress within one of our dedicated architectural design teams.
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of all RIBA stages, in particular stages 3-6, and a collaborative approach to development and knowledge sharing. They will have professional, post qualification experience gained in an architectural practice, preferably working on the delivery of large-scale UK residential and regeneration projects.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to deal directly with clients is a must, as well as being comfortable with working in an open-plan multi-team studio.
A good understanding of UK building regulations is essential. Experience with specialist warranty providers such as NHBC or LABC is not essential but would be beneficial to the role.
