We are thrilled to announce that our sustainable housing scheme, Hartopp and Lannoy Point, won Best Affordable Housing Development – £20m+ at this year’s Inside Housing Development Awards. Our team attended today’s ceremony at the Royal Lancaster in London alongside the client Hammersmith and Fulham Council and design team members Faithful+Gould.
Delivered by BPTW architects and planning consultants for Hammersmith & Fulham Council, Hartopp and Lannoy Point provides 134 new homes in Fulham where 84% will be affordable. The energy-efficient scheme uses Passivhaus Classic standards and a Zero Carbon ethos to reduce carbon by 86%. BPTW is currently working alongside Higgins Partnership on the post-planning stage.
