Dale leads a large team working on complex large-scale mixed tenure residential projects at pre- and post-planning stages in London and Bristol.
He has built strong relationships working closely with clients, contracts and consultants realising projects while rationalising designs to maintain the architectural vision and deliver high-quality homes that meet both the client’s and resident’s needs.
He has a track record of providing clients with cost effective solutions that do not compromise the architectural quality of the scheme.
Dale leads BPTW’s Quality Assurance and Internal Audit Teams, ensuring our continued certification to BS EN ISO 9001:2015. He plays a leading role in numerous Strategic Groups that review and explore best practices, technical compliance, research, and innovation across the practice in key areas of our work ensuring consistency with effective operations that improve outputs and develop efficient methods of working.
