We are thrilled to announce we have secured planning permission for Liberty Quarter at Kings Hill, a development for Bellway which will deliver 52 private sale homes in Kent.
Part of a sustainable masterplan creating bespoke and unique neighbourhoods within Tonbridge and Malling, the scheme continues to build homes where residents can live, work and play as a result of their proximity to a commercial centre offering supermarkets, restaurants, retail stores and medical facilities. Liberty Quarter also celebrate the site’s proximity to the mature woodlands with shared surface home zone streets meandering along the woodland edge connecting to nature at street level. The homes are also designed to maximise views with large windows from living rooms and bedrooms looking into the woodlands. A central green amenity space at the heart of the scheme makes a feature of the existing mature trees and creates a place for community interaction within a pleasant setting.
Our architecture team are currently appointed on a number of sites which are part of the Kings Hill masterplan, helping to deliver more than 200 new homes in the area.
