We are pleased to announce that we recently submitted a planning application for 233 new homes on a former car park site in Basildon for Sempra Homes. The scheme will help to address a local housing need with priority being given to residents and key workers within the borough, whilst also providing new public green space and pedestrian and public cycle links to the town centre. The scheme is part of a wider body of work BPTW is undertaking in Essex County and Basildon Borough.
