BIM – St Anns Neighbourhood

BPTW is delivering Information Manager Services for Peabody and Hill at St Ann’s Neighbourhood, delivering up to 995 homes, public realm enhancements and retail and affordable workspaces.

Peabody and Hill appointed BPTW as Information Manager for multiple phases of the St Ann’s Neighbourhood in Haringey, including both pre- and post-planning stages for Phase 1A, and pre-planning stages for Phases 1B (194 homes) and 2 (270 homes).

BPTW’s BIM team is responsible for all project delivery information, including BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), Asset Information Requirements (AIR), Master Information Delivery Plan, Responsibility Matrix, and Task Information Delivery Plans. BPTW analyses and reports on adherence to these documents and industry standards to ensure delivery of client requirements. BPTW’s Common Data Environment management facilitated consistent, accurate information exchanges between team members and the client to improve efficiency and quality of output. We have facilitated clash detection workshops and configured information for project outputs, such as COBie, and identified training requirements.
