The scheme was delivered in partnership with developer Family Mosaic and constructed by Durkan with BPTW carrying out the detailed design. The result was 85 high-quality and spacious new homes offering a mix of private for sale, shared ownership, social rent and live-work accommodation. Alongside these, new modern studios for BPTW are housed on the ground and first level.
The development has opened up the riverside along Deptford Creek to the public, with a new pedestrian and cycle route and improved landscaping enhanced by public realm proposals that will connect adjacent developments in the future. The contemporary apartments with balconies will maximise views across the creek and further into Greenwich. Relying on community buy in, we were heavily involved in working closely with local residents and stakeholders to develop the scheme into an asset for the area.
